Order process when you order online:
1.
Enter your order and delivery address details.
2. Enter your credit card details on the WorldPay secure
server.
This completes your order. (WorldPay
are one of the longest established and largest payment
processing companies and are part of the Royal Bank
of Scotland group).
3. WorldPay will immediately send you an e-mail receipt
for your payment.
4. We aim to despatch all orders within 1 week (most
orders are sent out quicker than this). We will send
you an e-mail if the order is delayed longer than this.
Notes
1. The local currency price will vary a little depending
on the exchange rate. On the WorldPay payment page you
can select from a range of currencies.
2. Purchases outside European Union might incur customs
duty. This charge varies from country to country - please
enquire locally if you require more information.
3. The instructions included are in English only.
4. Trueplane is currently available in right-handed
version only.
5. Trueplane and Uniputt are not toys. Both products
contain small parts.
To
pay by cheque (UK only)
Please post your order details to:
Brooks Golf, 7 Airedale,
Galgate, Lancaster. LA2 0RR.
Include your name and address in block capitals, the
products you require, and your e-mail address. Please
make the cheque payable to Brooks Golf and write your
cheque guarantee card number and e-mail address or phone
number on the back of the cheque.
Delivery
Uniputt
is sent by first class mail for U.K. and airmail for
other countries.
The
order page gives you a choice of delivery services for
Trueplane. U.K. orders can be sent by first class post
(no guaranteed time, but usually next day) or special
delivery (guaranteed next day service). Orders to other
countries can be sent by the standard airmail service
or UPS express service. The airmail service does not
have a guaranteed delivery time but is cost effective
- most parcels take 1 - 2 weeks but occasionally parcels
can take up to 4 weeks. Parcels sent with UPS are on
the express service, which does have a guaranteed delivery
time (this varies with country but is typically 2 days).

Day Money Back Guarantee
If,
for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with
Trueplane you may return it in good condition within
30 days of the date of receipt and you will receive
a full refund of the purchase price (not including return
postage). Please use a recorded delivery service.
Your
details
We
will not pass on your details to any third party. We
may contact you occasionally by e-mail in the future
(e.g. with product information, offers or competitions)
- select the check box on the order form if you do not
wish to receive these.
